EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

 

 Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to exchange or return non-food products purchased in the online store https://divochi.com within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that all the rules provided for in the Act are met.

 

GOODS THAT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED:

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, goods cannot be exchanged or returned if:

The receipt (invoice) issued to the consumer at the time of purchase has been lost;

The product has been used and has scratches, chips or scuffs;

The packaging of the goods is damaged or missing;

The product is on the list of goods that cannot be exchanged/returned.

 

THE LIST OF GOODS THAT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING GROUPS OF GOODS:

Perfumery and cosmetic products;

Disposable materials;

Goods for personal use (tweezers, brushes, brush sets, sponges);

Goods in aerosol packaging;

Hair accessories;

Face and body care products.

 

IMPORTANT:

– Products containing sealing elements will not be accepted back if they are damaged.

– Return and exchange of unused products is possible.

– Tweezers can only be returned after checking them at the post office, no exceptions.

– Please check the parcel upon receipt at the post office or other courier company.

in terms of packaging integrity, safety and availability of all elements in accordance with the order (invoice) or receipt.

– If there are no goods in the parcel according to the order (invoice) or receipt, immediately at the post office or other courier company, contact our managers and inform them about the incorrect order using photos and video recordings. The manager will agree on further actions with you.

– If the parcel and the goods contained in it are damaged during shipping, you should immediately prepare a complaint report at the post office or another courier company and report the damage to the parcel to the managers of the courier company and to the store's hotline.

– By collecting the goods from the post office or other courier company, you automatically agree to the quality and completeness of the goods. Please check your parcel after receiving it. Otherwise, the online store is not responsible for the security and completeness of the shipment.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE/RETURN GOODS?

Inform the manager about the need for an exchange/return and the reason for it.

It is necessary to agree with the managers of the online store the details of the return and send the goods via the agreed delivery service.

All activities related to the shipment of goods that are returned or exchanged are paid by the buyer, except when a manufacturing defect and other defects are considered the fault of warehouse employees / online store managers.

After receiving the returned or exchanged goods, warehouse employees check the shipment for compliance with the exchange and return policy, completeness, etc.

If an exchange is necessary, warehouse staff will ship the appropriate goods to your address.

In the event of a refund, the online store manager sends the recipient's data to the accounting department. Refunds are made within 3 business days. To receive a refund, please provide the recipient's details of the person who paid for the order, providing name and surname, Tax Identification Number and account in IBAN format.
